In celebration of our dedicated team members, Summit DD hosted our annual Employee Recognition Breakfast. We recognized the amazing efforts of 45 employees with a combined service of more than 700 years! Summit DD also presented the third annual Core Value Awards. Over 40 team members were nominated for exemplifying our values of Trust, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, Inclusion and Excellence.

The final winners were announced at the breakfast, which included Dale Hedrick, Yunyoung Kim, Pam Hunt, Michelle Tokar, Brooke Wisniewski, and Summit DD’s DEI Workgroup including, Rhonda Mallard, Kim Riles, Dayna Jacobs, Nick Calcei, Torri Williams, Tamika Green, Courtney Vierstra, Mary Grzegorek, Megan Olesen, Bobby Hamlet, and Michelle Stiles! Your efforts truly impact Summit DD every single day!

As a surprise to the winners, their peers and supervisors were interviewed in advance to speak to their work ethic and officially announce the winners! Watch each video announcement below.

And the event was kicked off by our keynote speaker, Sam Culbertson. Sam and his family tapped into essential Summit DD services and tech supports so he could attend Kent State University’s Sport Administration Program. Last summer, he graduated…a goal his parents were unsure he could attain without the right supports. Watch his video spotlight to see how he reached his goals in partnership with Summit DD!
