Event Description
The Autism Society of Greater Akron (ASGA), Sand Run Pharmacy and Summit DD have teamed up to provide 2 adapted vaccine clinics this October:
- Sat., Oct 19, 2024 from 10am-2pm at Summit DD’s Cuyahoga Falls location (2355 2nd Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221)
- Tues., Oct. 22, 2024 from 6pm-8pm at Summit DD’s Barberton location (501 West Hopocan Ave Barberton Ohio 44203)
Who is eligible?
- COVID vaccine/booster for ages 12+
- Flu vaccine for ages 7 and above
- DO NOT have to be served by Summit DD
- Medicaid and private insurance accepted
- All abilities welcome
Registration is Required
While the clinic is free, registration is required. Please visit ASGA’s website at AutismAkron.org/accessible-clinics to register.
