Celebrate the Possible! An inclusive day for professionals, care partners, & individuals living with dementia: fun, interactive, & informative… welcoming those of any age & ability to become more dementia-friendly. Join us for a presentation from author John Thorndike, a free Dementia Friends training, door prizes, & breakout sessions with hands-on art experiences that are fun for everyone!
All agenda items are free and open to the public. There is free professional credit available for the Dementia Friends training.
