Event Description

Back by popular demand! Summit DD, in collaboration with other local disability resources, presents the Parent Transition Academy.  The last session of this four-part series is an opportunity for parents and guardians of middle and high school students with special needs to learn, discuss and navigate the important topics that affect your teen’s path to graduation and adulthood.

This informational series is presented by the Summit Educational Service Center, State Support Team 8, Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Akron Children’s Hospital, the ESC of Medina, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities and Summit DD.
