Event Description
Get ready for another great year of Transition Academy informational sessions. Summit DD, in collaboration with other local disability resources, is back with the four-part series that provides parents and guardians of teens with disabilities the opportunity to learn, discuss and plan for the important transition milestones their young adult will experience as they transition from school to adult life.
These sessions are free and open to all parents and guardians of teens with developmental disabilities.
