Project Inclusion will be relaxing with beginners yoga classes!

Connect with nature while learning to relax your body with a beginning Yoga class!  This program is for people who are new to yoga or are looking for a gentle class.  Project Inclusion facilitators will join you for these two classes.  There will be other yoga class meetings in August, which you may attend on your own!  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or large towel.  Be sure to bring water to drink!

Program Schedule:  Thursdays, 6/25 & 7/23, 6:30-8pm

Location:  F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm, 1828 Smith Rd, Akron OH 44313.   Meet at the entrance to the Visitor’s Center.

Cost: $20

Cost for accompanying caregivers:  Free
