It’s important to find the right fit with a service provider. That’s why Summit DD would like you to join us for a FREE provider expo on Sunday, September 10. Summit DD’s Empowering All Abilities Provider Expo offers you the opportunity to:

• Meet with providers one-on-one
• Discover the services available in our community
• Get support for the transition from school-age to adult services
• Network
• Learn about Summit DD funding

Plus, there will be two informational sessions free and open to attend.

• STABLE Accounts – 1:15 – 2pm
• Lifespan Transitions – 2 – 3pm
