Summit DD and the Akron-Summit County Library are proud to bring you the ReelAbilities Film Festival ― Cleveland @Akron.
This FREE two-day event in Akron features nine, award-winning short films that highlight people of differing abilities. Each viewing focuses on three short films with a common theme. The films are then followed by discussions and activities that engage the community, promote inclusion, and celebrate diversity.

Saturday Morning, September 14 | 10:30 a.m. | Theme: Inclusion

- Macropolis (7 minutes)
- Anything You Can Do (7 minutes)
Family-friendly activity to follow screenings
Saturday Afternoon, September 14 | 1:30 p.m. | Theme: Breaking Barriers
*These films have some mature language and subject matter
- 4 Quarters of Silence (17 minutes)
- The Rebound (66 minutes)
30-minute discussion to follow screenings

ReelAbilities Film Festival is the largest festival in the U.S. dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different disabilities. The organization hosts a number of film festivals in select cities throughout the year.
Film festival sponsors include: Summit DD, Akron-Summit County Public Library, The Up Side of Downs,
ADA Cleveland, Piece by Peace, and Youth Challenge.
