Join Summit DD from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at Lock 3 on Saturday, December 7, 2024 for a special day of winter fun and excitement! Note: Sensory Friendly Hour featuring a quieter environment while enjoying winter activities will be from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
FREE Summit DD Supported Activities: Visit with Santa and receive a free gift, ice skating (includes the use of ice aides, ice bikes on the large rink and bumper cars on the small rink, and adaptive ice sled), visit with Archie the Snowman, play shuffleboard, and visit the Akron Library Book Mobile. Guests can also visit Akron Children’s Museum and enjoy their Sensory Room. New to Lock 3 this year is an Adult Changing Table in their new family restroom!

The event will also offer an optional concession french toast/sausage breakfast buffet from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Guests will also enjoy a hot chocolate bar with delicious toppings in the Lock 3 Commons! Tickets for the breakfast buffet are available for a Presale: $10.00 Day of: $12.00.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Enjoy all the Winter Activities at Lock 3 open to the public all season long!
