Youth 3 yrs.-graduation

Supporting School-Age Kids

While your local school district is in charge of administering services for children with special needs between the ages of 3 and graduation, Summit DD is still available to you and your family as a trusted resource.

Let us be your guide throughout your child’s school-age years. We have Referral and Support Team available to connect you with community resources. Our Referral and Support Specialists (RSSs) can share community resources that can help your teen prepare for the transition to adulthood, employment, or increase independence. Check out the helpful list of resources for parents that we compiled below.

Contact the Referral and Support Team

Are you and your teen starting to plan for the future? Contact our Referral and Support Team if you need additional guidance. We can help you discover your path and connect you with valuable resources.
